The OVH sioc script is ready for use. The switches, displays and encoders work properly. Unfortunately I'm still waiting for annunciators. Hopefully in January ProSimParts OVH annunciator set will be ready for sale.
Hir a list of all OC cards need for OVH panel:
1 x USB expansion card
2 x Master cards
2 x 7-segment displays cards
2 x Servo motors card
1 x USB Outputs card
3 x inputs connection
1 x outputs connection (same as inputs connection)
I use only one expansion card for the MIP and OVH. The card is placed between the monitors and OVH panel.
Here are a few pics of entire panel.

The most important preparations are already finished .
Assembling the toggle switches.
Included rings for the instruments are glued.
I ordered from Opencockpits Elec. system display for OVH. Here are the pics how I adjusted it to the panel. I've enlarged two of the display holes.
Especially good looks the voice recorder. I've equipped it with a pointer.
A look at all the panels.

All holes have already been made. Because the toggle switches are too big I should cut something else from the mounting frame.

21.09.2012
To use the supplied screws I bought additional plastic profiles. These plastic profiles will be mounted between the wood frame and the panels.

Today I'll start with the OVH panel. The panel set including hardware I bought from the Belgian company Prosimparts. Good quality and especially low prices. I have no dimensions for the mounting frame. First of I've bought 8 pieces wooden planks 1000x20x25. Everything needs to be adapted to the panels. Here are a few pictures:
