I've decided to integrate backlight on my MCP. For this purpose I have used 72 pieces 3mm white LEDs.
The look is great now

Currently I have MCP and EFIS (CPT) bought from Open Cockpits. The prices are reasonable and can be easily programmed with its own software "SIOC".
How to program in SIOC you can learn quickly from Nico Kaan's website.
